Confirm the run ID in your webhook URL matches the run you have open — each run has its own ID. Also check that the reading timestamp falls within the simulation window. Hard-refresh the page if readings still do not appear.
The model uses published strain parameters. Real-world attenuation depends on mash fermentability, yeast health, and dissolved oxygen — factors the kinetic model cannot see. After 3–5 batches, use the Nelder-Mead calibration tool to fit parameters to your own data.
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage billing. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can update your payment method, switch plans, download invoices, or cancel.
Log actual gravity readings on a completed run, then open the run detail page and click Calibrate strain. The Nelder-Mead optimizer fits μ_max and Y_ps to your readings. You can save the result as a custom strain from the same panel.
Go to Settings → Team and enter their email address. They will receive an invite link. Accepted members share your simulation history and vessel dashboard. Seat limit is 10.
Try a different OAuth provider (GitHub or Google). If you signed up with one provider and try another, you may need to use the original. If you are still stuck, send us a message below and include the email address on your account.
